One-time technical reviews
If a one-time review has not started, contact us promptly to request cancellation. Once scanning, analysis or manual review has begun, any refund can be reduced to account for work already performed and non-refundable third-party costs, where permitted by law.
Custom remediation projects
Custom projects can include discovery, development, configuration, policy generation, manual testing and re-testing. Deposits, milestones and cancellation terms are stated in the accepted proposal. Work already performed and client-specific deliverables already supplied may be non-refundable where the proposal says so and applicable law permits.
Recurring monitoring and managed services
You may request cancellation before the next renewal date using the method stated in your purchase confirmation or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewal. Unless the purchase terms say otherwise or applicable law requires a refund, the current paid service period remains available through its end.
Service problems
If we cannot provide a purchased service, contact support@compliancecheck.online. Depending on the situation, we may correct or replace the deliverable, provide account credit, or issue a refund consistent with the purchase terms and applicable law.
Mandatory consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits a cancellation, cooling-off, refund or other consumer right that cannot legally be waived in the customer’s jurisdiction.
